Introduction

My name is Tera and I have been obsessed with community manager for the past 2 years. I started at a corporation and quickly ended up at a mobile app startup company in Ontario. I recently moved to Vancouver.

How are you involved with online community? (e.g. community manager, developer, owner, member)

I am a community manager for tech startups and I'm a member of communities both online and offline.

How long have you been involved with managing or operating an online community?

I have been working as a community manager for a little over two years.

What's your community called, and where can we find it?

I managed the community for Kik (http://www.kik.com), which consisted of anyone who downloaded and used the Kik Messenger app (available on most smartphones).

I quit smoking and ran 5K in the past 6 months. I can probably eat more than you.
